Note to Admin - Hybrid Cars Forum

I have a few things.

1) Members can't post in the "Suggest a News Article" section. I get an error message that I don't have high enough privileges. I would love to supply the site with some hybrid news, but I can't.

2) We need a Site Support and Suggestion category in the forums so that there is a place to post threads like these to help improve the site.

3) Can we get an art section? I have lots of hybrid chops that I could show off. It would help make the site feel more like a community too.

Sorry to bug you, but I still can't make a thread in Suggest a News Article.

Hope that in the near future, forum admin will be able to fix this bug
